摘要
学校党建工作必须与育人工作紧密相连,在育人实践中凝聚人心,开发人力,培育人才,才能办出更多让老百姓满意的家门口的好学校,才能让受教育者完善人格,成长为社会主义的建设者和接班人,完成好造福人民的教育使命。在育人实践中落实党建工作,一要立足课堂教学,拓宽教书育人的主渠道;二要丰富校园活动,搭建实践育人的宽平台;三要强化全员党建,抓实服务育人的小细节;四要致力队伍建设,发挥组织育人的大作用。
The work of Party building in schools must be closely linked with the work of teaching. In teaching, we should unite people, develop human resources and cultivate talents. Only in this way can we build more good schools that satisfy the common people, make the educated perfect their personality, grow up to be the builders and successors of socialism, and accomplish the educational mission of benefiting the people. To carry out the party building work in teaching, first, we should use classroom as the basis and broaden the main channel of teaching and educating. Second, we should enrich campus activities and build a wide platform for practical education. Third, we should strengthen the party building of the whole staff and pay close attention to details of service and education. Fourth, we should devote ourselves to team building and give full play to the great role of organization in educating people.
