摘要
不同的栽培措施可以改善作物田间生长环境,从而调控麦类作物的生理生化过程.随着农业可持续发展,结合地方栽培特点,了解不同栽培措施对麦类作物淀粉积累的特性是今后重点的研究方向.综述了氮肥用量、种植密度、水分等栽培措施对麦类作物籽粒淀粉积累、蔗糖积累、淀粉合成酶和淀粉合成酶基因的影响,指出麦类作物籽粒淀粉与合成酶的关系,要在减肥、减水、增密条件下控制麦类作物产量.
Different cultivation measures can improve the field growth environment of crops,and thus regulate the physiological and biochemical processes of wheat crops.With the sustainable development of agriculture,it is the key research direction in the future to understand the characteristics of starch accumulation of wheat crops under different cultivation measures combined with local cultivation characteristics.This paper reviewed the effects of cultivated measures,including nitrogen application rate,planting density and water on starch accumulation,su⁃crose accumulation,starch synthase and starch synthase genes in grain of wheat crops,and the relationship be⁃tween starch and synthase in grain of wheat crops was pointed out.The yield of wheat crops should be controlled under the conditions of reducing weight,reducing water and increasing density.
