摘要
可见光响应型光催化剂的开发对于太阳能的综合利用十分重要.通过简单的共沉淀以及水热合成法,成功合成了一种可见光响应型光催化剂CoFeBiO_(4).研究表明:可见光照射下,CoFeBiO_(4)不仅对亚甲基蓝具有明显的降解活性,120 min内可以将10 mg/L的亚甲基蓝降解完全,同时对大肠杆菌也具有良好的杀菌效果,杀菌效率可达90%以上.另外,在对癌细胞杀伤效果的研究中发现,即使在普通日光灯的照射下,CoFeBiO_(4)对于HCT116细胞具有良好的杀伤效能,杀伤率达到80%.
The development of visible light-responsive photocatalysts is very important for the comprehensive utilization of solar energy.A visible light-responsive photocatalyst CoFeBiO_(4) was successfully synthesized through a simple co-precipitation and hydrothermal synthesis method.Studies have shown that under visible light irradiation,CoFeBiO_(4) not only has obvious degradation activity on methylene blue,it can completely degrade 10 mg/L methylene blue within 120 minutes,and it also has a good bactericidal effect on E.coli,with a bactericidal efficiency of more than 90%.In addition,in the research on the killing effect of cancer cells,it is found that even under the irradiation of ordinary fluorescent lamps,CoFeBiO_(4) has a good killing effect on HCT116 cells,with a killing rate of 80%.
