摘要
我国餐厨垃圾处理主要采用厌氧消化技术,通过有机物的分解可以获取再生能源沼气,同时也产生大量的消化残余物(沼渣和沼液)。餐厨垃圾经过厌氧消化后,大部分营养元素都保留在消化后的残余物中,具有重要的再利用价值。文章通过调研餐厨垃圾消化残余物的理化特性、营养成分的分布特点、卫生指标和植物毒性等特性指标,并与土壤利用相关标准中的特性指标进行对比,分析餐厨垃圾厌氧消化残余物土壤利用的适用性,为餐厨垃圾厌氧消化残余物的资源化利用提供合理的研发思路。
Anaerobic digestion is the major disposal technology for kitchen waste in China,by which a kind of renewable energy biogas is obtained.Meanwhile,a large amount of anaerobic digestate is produced,including digestate residue and digestate slurry.After anaerobic digestion,most of nutrient elements are retained in the digestate,which has an important reuse value.In this paper,the physical and chemical properties,distribution characteristics of nutrients,sanitary indicators,plant toxicity and other characteristic indicators of kitchen waste digestate were investigated and compared with the relevant standards of soil utilization,and the soil utilization applicability of kitchen waste digestate was analyzed,providing references for utilization of kitchen waste digestate.
