摘要
以DTMB5415船舶为研究对象,进行了多种尺度、多种工况及多种船体壁面条件下的阻力性能求解,对船体形状因子、兴波阻力及摩擦阻力的尺度效应问题进行了分析,阐述了多种实船阻力性能预报方法存在差异的原因.结果表明:船舶形状因子、兴波阻力都存在明显的尺度效应,模型尺度和实尺度下的差值可达6.5%和11.5%,这是造成外推方法预报得到的实船阻力存在误差的主要原因;船体粗糙度的考量会增大船舶摩擦阻力,并对船体边界层内流动有一定的扰动作用,影响螺旋桨的进流.
The resistance performance of DTMB5415 ship under various scales, working conditions and hull wall conditions was solved,and the scale effect of form factor,wave-making resistance and friction resistance was analyzed.The results show that the form factor and wave-making resistance have obvious scale effects, and the difference between the model-scale and the full-scale ship can reach 6.5% and 11.5%. This is the main reason for the error of the full-scale ship resistance predicted by the extrapolation method.The consideration of hull roughness will increase the friction resistance of the ship and disturb the flow in the hull boundary layer,which will affect the inflow of the propeller.
