摘要
运用文献梳理、实地调研等研究方法,在调查分析高校学生体育伤害事故处理困境的基础上,对困境产生的原因进行了社会学视角的剖析,进而以社会治理理论为指导,同时借鉴国内外体育伤害事故应急管理的实践启示,建构一个高校学生体育伤害事故多元协同的社会治理体系,对政府、学校、学生、家长等关切的与体育伤害事故相关的责任认定、事故赔偿、生活救济、后续服务等提供系统性的回应。
Based on investigating and analyzing the plight of college students in dealing with physical injury accidents,this paper analyzes the causes of the difficulties from a sociological perspective.Taking the social governance theory as the guidance,the research draws lessons from the practice of emergency management of sports injury accidents at home and abroad,so as to construct a multi-collaborative social governance system of college students'sports injury accidents by making a systematic response to the government’s,schools’,students’and parents’concerns to sports injury accidents,such as responsibility identification,accident compensation,life relief,and follow-up services.
