肺部肿瘤患者^(125)I粒子植入术后护士床边交班时不同位置受辐射剂量研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨肺部肿瘤患者^(125)I粒子植入术后24 h内护士在交接班时处于不同位置所受辐射剂量。方法选择2019年1-12月于新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院介入诊疗科接受肺部肿瘤粒子植入术后患者,对术后24 h内病床周围不同位置辐射剂量进行检测并分析。结果术后返回病区24 h内患者处于坐立位,床头、中间、床尾三个位置的辐射剂量率分别为(5.628±1.308)、(7.805±1.611)和(2.978±0.627)μSv/h;患者卧位时,护士在床头、中间、床尾三个位置的辐射剂量率分别为(5.196±1.111)、(6.328±1.965)和(0.813±0.410)μSv/h,均高于天然本底辐射剂量率,患者坐立位时护士所受辐射剂量率大于患者平卧位时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论进行交接班时,患者坐位辐射剂量高于平卧位辐射剂量,术后可保持平卧位休息,提高患者术后卧床休息舒适度,减低患者体位变化对护士的辐射。 Objective To investigate the radiation dosage received by nurses at different positions during shift handover within 24 hours after ^(125)I particle implantation in patients with pulmonary tumors.Methods Patients with pulmonary tumor who received particle implantation in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected,and the radiation doses at different positions around the bed within 24 hours after operation were detected and analyzed.Results For patients,the radiation dose rates of the head,middle and tail of the bed were(5.62871@qq.com入治疗,入护理。the head,middle and tail of the b respectively,and(5.196±respectively,and(5.196 and(0.813 ly,andμSv/hfor the nurses.Both of themwere higher than that of the natural background.The radiation dose rate was higher in the sitting position than in the supine position,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the shift,the radiation dose in sitting position is higher than that in supine position.The supine position should be maintained after operation,the comfort of bed rest can be improved,the change of body position should be reduced,and otherwise the radiation to nurses can be increased.
