摘要
目的:分析彩色多普勒超声在甲亢症及桥本氏甲状腺炎鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:抽取43例甲亢症患者及51例桥本氏甲状腺炎患者并实施彩色多普勒超声检查。结果:桥本氏甲状腺炎组T及T/HR值较甲亢组高,PSV及HR水平低于甲亢组,P<0.05。桥本氏甲状腺炎组血流信号0级及Ⅰ级占比明显高于甲亢组,Ⅱ级及Ⅲ级占比明显低于甲亢组,P<0.05。结论:彩色多普勒超声在甲亢症及桥本氏甲状腺炎鉴别诊断中的应用价值较高。
Objective:To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of hyperthyroidism and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Methods:43 patients with hyperthyroidism and 51 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis were selected for color Doppler ultrasonography.Results:The T and T/HR values in the Hashimoto’s thyroiditis group were higher than those in the hyperthyroid group,and the PSV and HR levels were lower than those in the hyperthyroid group,P<0.05.The proportion of blood flow signals of grade 0 and gradeⅠin the Hashimoto’s thyroiditis group was significantly higher than that of the hyperthyroidism group,and the proportion of grades Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in the hyperthyroidism group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound is of high value in the differential diagnosis of hyperthyroidism and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
