摘要
以硅树脂为基料,氢氧化镁为阻燃剂,辅助以合适的中子吸收剂、流平剂以及消泡剂,在H_(2)PtCl_(6)·6H_(2)O的催化作用下,发生硅氢加成固化反应,制备出了一种耐温性能优异、可浇注成型的中子屏蔽材料。对材料的各项性能进行了评估。实验结果表明,材料具有优异的热学性能、良好的力学性能,同时具备突出的耐温和中子屏蔽性能,可用于核电站内各类复杂结构的屏蔽设备。
A neutron shielding material with excellent temperature resistance and castable molding is prepared by using silicone resin as the binder and magnesium hydroxide as flame retardant in additon to suitable neutron absorbers,leveling agents and defoamers via the addition reaction of silicon and hydrogen in the presence of H_(2)PtCl_(6)·6H_(2)O as catalyst.The properties of the material are investigated.The experimental results show that the material has excellent thermal property,good mechanical propery,temperature resistance and neutron shielding propery,and can be used for various complex structural shielding equipment in nuclear power plants.
