摘要
目的:分析对糖尿病合并白内障患者使用超声乳化白内障摘除术联合人工晶状体植入术进行治疗对其角膜内皮的影响。方法:将2019年6月至2020年5月期间沭阳县中医院收治的80例白内障患者作为研究对象。将其中38例未合并有糖尿病的白内障患者设为对照组,将其中42例糖尿病合并白内障患者设为观察组。对两组患者均实施超声乳化白内障摘除术及人工晶状体植入术。然后,对比两组患者的角膜内皮细胞密度、角膜内皮细胞变异系数及其角膜内皮细胞中六角形细胞的占比。结果:治疗后1周和3个月,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者的角膜内皮细胞密度及其角膜内皮细胞中六角形细胞的占比均更低,其角膜内皮细胞变异系数均更高,P<0.05。结论:与未合并有糖尿病的白内障患者相比,对糖尿病合并白内障患者使用超声乳化白内障摘除术联合人工晶状体植入术进行治疗可加重其角膜内皮的损伤程度。
Objective:To analyze the effects of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation on the corneal endothelium of diabetic patients with cataract.METHODS:A total of 80 patients with cataract treated in Shuyang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,38 cataract patients without diabetes were selected as the control group,and 42 patients with diabetes and cataract were selected as the observation group.Both groups underwent phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.Then,the density of corneal endothelial cells,the coefficient of variation of corneal endothelial cells and the proportion of hexagonal cells in corneal endothelial cells were compared between the two groups.Results:1 week and 3 months after treatment,compared with the control group,the density of corneal endothelial cells and the proportion of hexagonal cells in the corneal endothelial cells were lower in the observation group,and the coefficient of variation of corneal endothelial cells were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation can aggravate the injury of corneal endothelium in patients with diabetes combined with cataract compared with those without diabetes.
