摘要
天然产物的多糖、蛋白质、核酸等生物分子化合物通常在体内或者体外的一定条件下能够形成超分子,很多生理活动都与形成超分子化合物有关。因此,就天然产物多糖可能形成超分子机制进行分析。对于天然产物的化合物形成超分子研究较多,多糖研究较多的是葡聚糖(环糊精为多),另有壳聚糖、瓜尔胶等多糖胶类,以及肝素钠、脂多糖、糖蛋白、蛋白聚糖、氨基聚糖等结合多糖类。从多糖形成超分子研究来看,天然产物多糖提取处理过程、与其他成分相互作用过程、参与自身生物体生命活动过程、进入动物体发挥功效过程等都有可能跟超分子机制有关。提示研究天然产物活性成分机理的重要方向。
Biomolecular compounds such as polysaccharides,proteins,nucleic acids of natural products can form supramolecules under certain conditions in vivo or in vitro,and lots of life activities connected with forming supramolecules.The mechanisms of forming supramolecules of natural products polysaccharides were mainly analyzed.There were certain studies on forming supramolecules of natural products compounds.The study of polysaccharides was most in glucan(mainly cyclodextrins),the other such as chitosan,polysaccharide gum such as guar gum,and heparin sodium,lipopolysaccharide,glycoprotein,proteoglycan,aminoglycan etc.binding polysaccharides.From the study of polysaccharide forming supramolecular,it shows that the natural products polysaccharides all connect with supramolecular mechanisms in the extraction process,in the process of interacting with other components,in the process of participating in the life process of own organism,and in the process of entering the animal body to exert its function etc.The mechanisms of polysaccharides supramolecular will be the important field for the mechanisms study of natural products active polysaccharides.
