摘要
目的探讨中药封包热敷辅助治疗对儿童不稳定型肱骨踝上骨折保守治疗预后的影响。方法回顾性选取2018年1月至2019年12月江门市蓬江区中西医结合医院全院病历收治的不稳定型肱骨踝上骨折患儿90例。根据治疗方案进行分组,对照组45例患儿行手法复位外固定术,观察组45例患儿在对照组的基础上加用中药封包热敷。比较两组的骨折愈合优良率、骨折愈合时间、Mayo肘关节功能评分及并发症的发生率。结果观察组的优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前两组Mayo肘关节功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组Mayo肘关节功能评分均上升,观察组上升幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症的总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药封包热敷治疗儿童不稳定型肱骨踝上骨折效果显著,促进骨折处愈合且并发症少。
Objective To investigate the impacts of adjuvant therapy of hot compress with traditional Chinese medicine package on the prognosis of unstable supramalleolar fracture of humerus in children after conservative treatment.Methods A total of 90 children with unstable supramalleolar fracture of humerus admitted to the partial medical records of Orthopedics of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Pengjiang District in Jiangmen City from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected retrospectively.They were divided into the control group(n=45)and the observation group(n=45)according to the treatment schemes.The control group was treated with manual reduction and external fixation,while the observation group was treated with hot compress with traditional Chinese medicine package on the basis of the control group.The excellent and good rate of fracture healing,fracture healing time,Mayo elbow joint function score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Mayo elbow joint function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Mayo elbow joint function scores in both groups increased,and the increase rate in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hot compress with traditional Chinese medicine package is effective in treating unstable supramalleolar fracture of humerus in children,and it can promote fracture healing with less complications.
