摘要
目的探讨集束化护理联合空气波压力治疗仪预防子宫肌瘤术后深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的效果。方法回顾性分析2018年6月至2019年3月在我院接受手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者73例的临床资料,根据干预措施不同,分为观察组(35例,给予集束化护理联合空气波压力治疗仪)和对照组(38例,给予集束化护理),比较两组患者血栓形成标志物(D-二聚体)水平,术后肿胀及DVT发生率。结果观察组干预后D-二聚体水平低于对照组,术后肿胀及DVT发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理联合空气波压力治疗仪可有效改善子宫肌瘤手术患者下肢肿胀情况,安全可靠,预防DVT发生,值得日后深入研究。
Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing combined with air wave pressure therapy instrument on prevention of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after hysteromyoma operation.Method The clinical data of 73 patients with hysteromyoma who received surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different intervention measures,they were divided into observation group(35 cases,given cluster nursing combined with air wave pressure therapy instrument)and control group(38 cases,given cluster Nursing).The levels of D-dimer,postoperative swelling and DVT were compared between the two groups Incidence.Results The level of D-dimer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative swelling and DVT was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing combined with air wave pressure therapy instrument can effectively improve the lower extremity swelling of patients undergoing hysteromyoma surgery and prevent DVT.
