燃煤电厂输煤系统粉尘治理的研究与探索 被引量:6

摘要 燃煤电厂输煤系统在运行过程中会产生大量煤尘,传统的办法是在落煤筒、导煤槽处安装布袋除尘器、环保型导煤槽、喷淋设备,但因很多老电厂设计标准不高,再加上南方多雨潮湿,入厂煤炭含水率偏高,布袋除尘器布袋很容易粘煤。由于设备的老化,导致除尘效率逐年下降,维护工作量和成本也逐年递增。针对这一现状,在对粉尘产生原因进行分析的基础上,从改造新型无动力除尘导煤槽、流线型落煤筒、雾化除尘等方面进行研究与探索,从而达到粉尘治理的目的。 The coal conveying system of coal-fired power plants will generate a lot of coal dust during operation.The traditional method is to install bag filters,environmentally friendly coal guides,and spray equipment at the coal droplet and coal guide.However,as the design standard of many old power plants is not high,coupled with the rain and humidity in the south,the moisture content of the coal entering the plant is relatively high,and the bag filter bag is easy to stick coal.Due to the aging of equipment,the failure rate and dust removal efficiency are not as good as last year,and the maintenance workload and cost are also increasing year by year.In view of this situation,based on the analysis of the causes of dust generation,the article conducts research and exploration from the transformation of new type of non-powered dust removal and dust removal guide channel,streamlined coal drop,atomization and dust removal,so as to achieve the purpose of dust control.
