摘要
结合辽宁省农业科学院与辽阳市人民政府开展科技共建工作的实践,围绕“科技小院”建设的规划设计、实践与成效、存在问题进行了系统研究与思考,对下一步“科技小院”建设提出了合理化建议,以期加快农业科技成果转化和助力辽阳市现代农业发展,为探索科技服务新模式提供参考。
Based on the practice work of science and technology co-construction between Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Liaoyang Municipal People’s Government,this paper systematically studied and considered the planning and design,practice,effectiveness and existing problems of the construction of“science and technology backyard”,and put forward reasonable suggestions for the next step of“science and technology backyard”,speeded up the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements and help the development of modern agriculture in Liaoyang City.It provided a reference for exploring the new mode of science and technology service.
