一种智能变电站二次设备状态评价方法 被引量:20

摘要 针对智能变电站二次状态评估中影响因素的模糊性和不确定性,提出了基于粗糙集理论和改进云模型协同实现的智能变电站二次设备状态在线评估方法。考虑到评估指标状态区间分级,位于边缘区间和内部区间的中间区域不再服从标准的正态云模型,因此对传统的云模型进行了改进并给出了改进云模型的特征参数的求取方法。通过建立多维度的智能变电站二次设备状态评价体系,运用粗糙集理论将求解权重分配问题转化为计算条件属性重要度问题,并借助改进云模型根据样本实测数据计算各评估指标对应的各级隶属度函数值,最后计算综合权重值,并按最大隶属度原则确定二次设备整体运行状态等级。评估指标的选取采用主成分分析法进行降维以缩减评估指标的个数,实际算例分析验证文中方法的有效性,可为智能变电站二次设备状态检修提供一种可行的理论依据。 Aiming at the fuzziness and uncertainty of influencing factors in the secondary state evaluation of smart substation,an online evaluation method for secondary equipment status of intelligent substation based on rough set theory and improved cloud model is proposed.Considering the grading of the evaluation indicator state interval,the middle region located in the edge interval and the inner interval no longer obeys the standard normal cloud model,so the traditional cloud model is improved and the method for obtaining the characteristic parameters of the improved cloud model is given.By establishing a multi-dimensional intelligent substation secondary equipment state evaluation system,the rough set theory is used to transform the solution weight assignment problem into the calculation condition attribute importance degree,and the improved cloud model is used to calculate the corresponding subordinates of each evaluation index according to the sample measured data.The function value is calculated,and finally the comprehensive weight value is calculated,and the overall operating state level of the secondary device is determined according to the principle of maximum membership degree.The evaluation index is selected by principal component analysis method to reduce the number of evaluation indicators.The practical example analyzes the validity of the method,which provides a feasible theoretical basis for the state maintenance of secondary equipment in intelligent substation.
