摘要
针对局部倾角达78°的急倾斜中厚煤层开采难题,对综采成套装备以及采煤工艺进行研究,增加挡矸、护壁等装置,优化回采工艺及巷道布置,采用双俯伪斜综采技术,降低工作面煤层倾角及片帮飞矸威胁,实现急倾斜中厚煤层安全、高效回采,提高了煤炭资源回采率。
Aiming at the mining problem of steeply inclined medium-thick coal seams with partial dip angles of 78°,the comprehensive mining equipment and coal mining technology are researched,gangue retaining and wall protection devices are added,the mining technology and roadway layout are optimized,and the double dip pseudo-incline fully mechanized mining technology is adopted,reduce the inclination of the coal seam and the threat of fly gangue on the working face,realize the safe and efficient mining of steeply inclined medium and thick coal seams,and increase the recovery rate of coal resources.
