微氧连续导入沼气发酵系统原位脱硫研究

摘要 以草坪干草为原料,在中温(35±1)℃下发酵,探究补加干草与通氧量对沼气(甲烷)产生量、H_(2)S的去除及微生物的群落影响。结果表明:在发酵第8天补加等量的干草,可以使发酵始终处于高产气状态,且在通2倍O_(2)时,甲烷体积分数最高,高出对照组4.2%;随着通氧量增加,H_(2)S的去除效果明显升高,通3倍O_(2)条件下,H_(2)S的去除率达到96.2%;实验条件下,沼气中残余的O_(2)量均低于0.5%,符合车用压缩天然气的要求;微氧通入并未影响VFAs降解,且pH始终维持在6.5~8.5;微氧条件下微生物群落结构发生微小改变,并未破坏产甲烷菌的群落结构,且增加了产甲烷菌的群落丰度及多样性。 The biogas fermentation was carried out in 1 L anaerobic fermentation tank at(35±1)℃by using hay as substrate,in which the effect of supplement hay and oxygen to the biogas(methane)production,the removal of H_(2)S and the microbial community were investigated.The results showed that supplement the same amount of hay to the fermentation for 8 days could keep the fermentation in a state of high gas production,and the volume fraction of methane was the highest at 2 times of oxygen,which was 4.2%higher than that of the control group.The removal efficiency of H_(2)S increased with the increase of oxygen.Specially,the removal efficiency of H_(2)S was 96.2%with 3 times oxygen.Under the experimental conditions,the residual O_(2) in biogas was lower than 0.5%,which meets the requirements of compressed natural gas as vehicle fuel.The introduction of micro-oxygen did not affect the degradation of VFAs,and the pH was always maintained in the range of 6.5 to 8.5.In addition,the community structure of methanogens was changed slightly under micro-oxygen condition,and the community abundance and diversity of methanogens were increased without destroying the community structure of methanogens.
