摘要
针对张双楼矿浅部不规则边角煤区开采过程中频繁安装支架、溜槽影响工作面安全高效开采问题,分析了不规则工作面面长变化规律,提出将支架、溜槽成体系超前组装、预置到待安装位置,提高安装效率。工程应用以来,累计安装支架50台、溜槽50节,月产量均保持在近10万t高位水平,实现了不规则综采工作面连续高效开采。
Aiming at the problem of frequent installation of supports and chutes in the mining process of shallow irregular corner coal area in Zhangshuanglou Mine,which affects the safe and efficient mining of working face,this paper analyzes the variation law of face length of irregular working face,and puts forward that the supports and chutes should be assembled in advance and preset to the position to be installed in order to improve the installation efficiency.Since the application of the project,a total of 50 supports and 50 chutes have been installed,and the monthly output has been maintained at a high level of nearly 100000 tons,realizing the continuous and efficient mining of irregular fully mechanized working face.
