摘要
本文探究了油墨中溶剂残留、收缩速率、摩擦系数、厚度偏差和瓶型等指标对热收缩效果的影响。研究表明:降低油墨中溶剂残留、增加热收缩时间、降低摩擦系数、提高厚度的均匀性和改用规整瓶型能显著改善热收缩标签在瓶身的收缩效果,减少收缩褶皱问题发生的概率。
This paper explores the influence of solvent residue in the ink,shrinkage rate,friction coefficient,thickness deviation and bottle shape on the thermal shrinkage effect.Research shows that reducing the solvent residue in the ink,increasing the heat shrink time,reducing the friction coefficient,improving the uniformity of the thickness,and changing to a regular shape bottle can significantly improve the shrinkage effect of the heat shrink label on the bottle body and reduce the probability of shrinkage wrinkles.
