摘要
比较ICP-OES法与过硫酸铵分光光度法测定地表水中锰的差异性。结果显示,两种方法均线性良好,相关系数均为0.9999;有证的质控样测定结果在不确定度范围内。但当样品质量浓度小于0.05mg/L时,过硫酸铵分光光度法的精密度、回收率较差;ICP-OES法在高、中低浓度的测定精密度、准确度、回收率均较好。建议样品浓度低于0.05mg/L时,采用ICP-OES法测定样品。
Manganese in surface water was determined by ICP-OES and ammonium persulfate spectrophotometry methods.Linearity was good for manganese determined by both methods,with correlation coefficients 0.9999.RDSs of certified standard water samples were dropped in the ranges of uncertainty.However the precisions and recovery of ammonium persulfate spectrophotometry were not satisfied,when the concentrations of Mn were less than 0.05 mg/L.Meanwhile,the precisions,accuracy and recovery of ICP-OES were all good no matter whether the concentrations of Mn were low or high.It is suggested that when the concentrations of Mn are less than 0.05 mg/L,the samples should be determined by ICP-OES.
