摘要
基于电催化机理,研发了梯度分布电化学辅助破乳技术,并完成试制设备参数的优化。利用试制的电化学油水分离设备,完成了处理K平台高浓度含油污水的试验,结果表明:当底层极板高度为15cm、中层极板高度为5cm、高层极板高度为5cm时,相应底层极板极间距为2cm、中层极板极间距为1cm、顶层极板极间距为0.4cm,此时装置处理效果最佳;单独使用清水剂的乳化油去除率为48%,直接电解处理的乳化油去除率为14%,二者配合使用后起到协同增效的作用,对乳化油的去除率高达82%,电解辅助破乳效果显著,可显著提高清水剂对一级分离器出水的油水分离效果,降低药剂用量。
Based on electrocatalytic mechanism,gradient distribution electrochemical assisted demulsification technology was de-veloped and the parameters of trial equipment were optimized.Using of electrochemical oil-water separation equipment in the trial production to complete the high concentration of oily wastewater processing K platform experiment.Results showed that when bottom plate height was 15 cm,middle layer plate height was 5 cm,and high layer plate height was 5 cm,corresponding bottorm plate spacing was 2 cm,middle layer spacing was 1 cm,and top plate spacing was 0.4 cm,the device had the best treatment effect at this time.Single use clear water of emulsified oil removal rate was 48%,direct electrolysis treatment of emulsified oil removal rate was 14%,co-operate to use the function of catch-up to synergies,both of emulsified oil removal rate as high as 82%,electrolytic auxiliary demul-sification effect significantly,could significantly improve oil-water separation effect of primary separator water,water reducing agent dosage.
