摘要
目的探讨中西医结合医院临床护士中医辨证能力现状及影响因素,为科学制订干预措施提供理论依据。方法对湖北省武汉市某三级甲等中西医结合医院260名护士的中医辨证能力和评判性思维能力进行问卷调查。结果中西医结合医院护士中医辨证能力得分为(54.49±12.65)分,评判性思维倾向得分为(253.79±45.32)分;年龄、工作年限、职称、学历、是否中医院校毕业、职业态度、评判性思维能力是护士中医辨证能力的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合医院护士中医辨证能力和评判性思维能力处于中等水平,建议通过落实青年护士规范化培训、加强护士评判性思维能力培养和制订适用于临床护理人员的四诊操作规范来提高护士中医辨证能力。
Objective To study status of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation ability of nurses in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital and provide theoretical basis for scientific fomulation of intervention measures for managers.Methods A total of 260 nurses from a 3A-level hospital of Wuhan in Hubei Province were investigated with TCM syndrome differentiation ability scale and critical thinking disposition.Results The average score of TCM syndrome differentiation ability of nurses in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine hospital was(54.49±12.65),the average score of critical thinking disposition was(253.79±45.32).The influencing factors of TCM syndrome differentiation ability was age,working years,professional title,education backgroud,whether accepted systematic education of TCM,professional attitude,critical thinking(P<0.01).Conclusion The score of TCM syndrome differentiation and critical thinking disposition was in medium level.It is suggested to implement the standard training,foster on critical thinking and establish standard of four diagnostic methods suitable for young nurses to improve their TCM syndrome differentiation ability.
