摘要
通过对国内外护士作为第二受害者的经历、组织支持现况等方面进行综述,提出在构建护士第二受害者组织支持体系存在客观条件得不到满足、护理管理者及护士自身不够重视等问题,以引起国内护理工作者和管理者对第二受害者的重视,并从开展相关研究、患者安全文化建设、支持体系建设、受害者意识教育的角度对我国护士第二受害者组织支持体系的构建提出展望。
The paper introduced the experience of nurses as the second victims,the current situation of organizational support and other aspects at home and abroad.It is proposed that the objective conditions of the organization support system for the second victim of nurses can not be satisfied and the nursing managers and nurses do not pay attention to the second victim,in order to attract the attention of domestic nursing workers and managers to the second victims.And put forward some suggestions to construct organizational support in the aspect of related research,safety culture,support system and victim awareness education for our domestic nurses as the second victims.
