摘要
碳纤维增强树脂复合材料(CFRP)具有高的比模量、比强度、耐腐蚀等优异性能,近年来被广泛应用于航空航天、船舶、风力发电等领域。由于碳纤维表面非极性、活性基团极少等原因导致与基体树脂界面结合差,进而影响CFRP的整体力学性能,因此研发适用于不同树脂的上浆剂具有重大意义。文中综述了近年来适用于不同树脂基体(环氧树脂、乙烯基酯树脂、热塑性树脂等)上浆剂研究和相对应复合材料力学性能提高的研究情况。最后指出碳纤维增强不同种类的基体树脂需要不同类型的上浆剂与之配套,上浆剂的种类和类型还需进一步细分,制备与树脂相容性好且环境友好型的上浆剂是今后的研究重点。
Carbon fiber reinforced resin composite materials(CFRP)had excellent performance of high ratio modulus,ratio strength and corrosion resistance,which had been widely used in the field of air space,ship and wind power in recent years.Due to the non-polar surface of carbon fiber and few active groups,the interface between carbon fiber and matrix resin was poor,which further affected the overall mechanical properties of CFRP.Therefore,it had great significance to develop sizing agents suitable for different resins.The research on sizing agent suitable for different resin substrates(epoxy resin,vinyl ester resin,thermoplastic resin,etc.)and the improvement of mechanical properties of corresponding composite materials were reviewed.Finally,it was pointed out that different types of sizing agents were needed for different kinds of matrix resins strengthened by carbon fiber,and the types and types of sizing agents needed to be further subdivided,and the preparation of sizing agents with good compatibility with the resin and environmental friendly was the focus of future research.
