摘要
振动问题一直是航空航天及武器装备的研究重点。以某型飞机机载设备支架系统为研究对象,通过开展振动试验,明确了该支架系统的动力学特性,发现设备在高频处的振动较大。基于此结果研制了一种适用于该设备支架系统的减振器,并针对加减振器后的设备支架开展了振动试验。结果显示,减振器能有效控制该机载设备的振动(加减振器后设备的振动降低55%以上),为后续机载设备的振动控制及实际使用奠定了基础。
Vibration has always been the research focus of aerospace and weapons.Taking the support system of airborne equipment of a certain aircraft as the research object,the dynamic characteristics of the support system are clarified,and it is found that the vibration of the equipment is larger at high frequency.Based on the results,a kind of shock absorber suitable for the support system of the equipment is developed.The vibration test is carried out for the equipment support system with the shock absorber.The results show that the shock absorber can effectively control the vibration of the airborne equipment(the vibration of the equipment can be reduced by more than 55%after adding the shock absorber),which will lay a foundation for the vibration control and engineering application of the airborne equipment.
