摘要
针对白酒发酵罐温度控制精度要求逐步提高,对白酒发酵罐温度控制系统的数学模型进行了分析和搭建,利用Simulink建立了白酒发酵罐温度PID控制系统仿真模型,给出常规PID控制系统仿真模型和模糊算法PID控制系统仿真模型,基于GA和Fuzzy对温控PID控制器参数进行了整定优化,优化仿真表明:相对基于GA算法进行的PID控制器参数整定系统,基于Fuzzy算法的PID控制器参数整定系统性能更优,系统阶跃响应曲线超调量缩小了41%以上,调整时间下降了36%以上,稳态误差降低了67%以上。
Aiming at the gradual improvement of requirement for the temperature control accuracy of liquor fermentation tank,the mathematical model of the temperature control system is analyzed and built.The simulation model of liquor fermentation tank temperature PID control system is established by using the Simulink;the conventional PID control system simulation model and the fuzzy algorithm PID control system simulation model are provided;the parameters of temperature control PID controller are optimized based on GA and Fuzzy.The simulation results show that compared with the PID controller parameter tuning system based on GA algorithm,the performance of PID controller parameter tuning system based on Fuzzy algorithm is better.The overshoot of the step response curve is reduced by more than 41%,the adjustment time is decreased by more than 36%,and the steady-state error is reduced by more than 67%.
