摘要
白酒酿造行业在推动经济发展和创造经济价值的同时,也产生大量工业废水(包括酒糟、糠渣、泥土等大颗粒物质),对生态环境造成严重破坏和资源的浪费。解决工业废水前处理以及酒糟的回收再利用问题是保护生态环境及资源再利用的关键。基于上述问题,分析与探讨了一种白酒酿造废水丢糟回收干燥装置设计。通过开展固液分离、干燥、回收等设计工作,最后得出白酒酿造废水丢糟回收干燥装置最优设计结果。经试验验证该装置利用水的离心运动原理实现白酒酿造废水中含有丢糟的回收操作,不但可以对酿酒废水进行固液分离前处理,同时可以对回收丢糟进行干燥以便二次利用。
While promoting economic development and creating economic value,the liquor brewing industry also produces a large amount of industrial wastewater(including distiller's grains,chaff residue,soil and other large granular substances),which causes serious damage to the ecological environment and waste of resources.To solve the problem of industrial wastewater pretreatment and recycling of the distiller's grains is the key to protect the ecological environment and reuse of resources.Based on the above problems,design of a wastewater recovery and drying device for liquor production is analyzed and discussed in this paper.Through the design work of solid-liquid separation,drying and recovery,the optimal design results of wastewater recovery and drying device for liquor brewing are obtained.The experimental results show that the device uses the centrifugal motion principle of water to realize the recovery operation of wastewater in liquor brewing,which can not only pretreat the solid-liquid separation of the wine wastewater,but also dry the wastewater for secondary utilization.
