摘要
目的:探讨药物联合治疗方案在胃炎及胃十二指肠溃疡临床治疗中的效果。方法:抽取112例胃炎及胃十二指肠溃疡的患者,均在2018年10月至2019年10月期间于我院接受治疗。通过随机数字法,将抽取的112例患者平均分为对照组和观察组,每组患者56例。通过采用单纯的兰索拉唑治疗(对照组)与采用兰索拉唑联合阿莫西林、小建中片(观察组)两种不同的治疗方式,进行患者临床治疗效果的对比。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率为96.43%(54/46),对照组患者的治疗有效率为83.93%(47/56)。从数据中可看出,观察组患者的治疗有效率较对照组呈更高显示(P<0.05);在患者不良反应的观察中,观察组共出现4例不良反应(7.14%),对照组共出现12例不良反应(21.43%)。经观测结果显示,观察组的不良反应显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用药物联合对胃炎及胃十二指肠溃疡患者进行治疗,能够更好的改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,缩短治疗时间。同时也能够降低在治疗中出现不良反应的概率,安全性更高,值得在临床上进行推广应用。
