红医精神视域下的医学生人文素养培育 被引量:21

摘要 红医精神是中国革命红色文化的重要组成部分,是中国共产党在领导中国革命的伟大实践中,在人民卫生事业创建发展的战争年代里所形成的红色文化瑰宝。为人民谋福祉是医学的初衷,以人为本是一切医学活动的落脚点。一名合格的医生不仅应具有精湛的医疗技术和严谨的科学精神,还应具备以人为本的人文素养。培育医学人文素养是医学生教育的一个重要组成部分,也是医学生素质教育的基础。因此,将红医精神这座文化宝库利用好,将其融入医学生的人文素养培育具有十分重要的现实意义和时代价值。从医学生、医学院校和社会三个层面分析医学生人文素养培育存在的问题和困境,探讨将红医精神有机融入医学生人文素养培育的有效路径。 The red doctors spirit is an important part of Chinese revolutionary red culture.It is a red cultural treasure formed by the Communist Party of China in the great practice of leading the Chinese revolution and in the war era when the people's health cause was found and developed.It is the original intention of medicine to seek well-being for human beings,and human-oriented is the foothold of all medical activities.A qualified doctor should not only have excellent medical technology and rigorous scientific spirit,but also have the humanistic quality of human-oriented.Cultivating medical humanistic quality plays an important part of medical students'education,and also is the basis of medical students'quality education.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and time value to make good use of the cultural treasure of the red doctors spirit and integrate it into the cultivation of medical students'humanistic quality.This paper analyzed the problems and dilemmas in the cultivation of medical students'humanistic quality from three aspects of medical students,medical colleges and society,and explored the effective path of integrating the red doctors spirit into the cultivation of medical students'humanistic quality.
