摘要
以水杨酸(SA)为模板分子,改性凹凸棒土为载体,制备表面印迹聚合物(MIP)。用静态吸附实验考察MIP的吸附性能,用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X线衍射仪(XRD)和Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)比表面积及孔径分析仪表征MIP表面官能团、晶体结构和孔结构。结果表明:MIP对水杨酸的吸附约在120 min达到平衡且动力学符合准二级动力学模型,Langmuir方程能较好地解释吸附等温行为且为单层吸附。初始pH通过影响吸附剂与SA间的氢键而影响MIP对模板分子的吸附,MIP具有较好的再生性能。MIP相对于非印迹聚合物(NIP)对SA有更好的选择吸附性能。
Surface molecular imprinted polymer(MIP)was prepared using salicylic acid(SA)as template molecule and modified attapulgite as carrier.The adsorption performance of MIP was investigated by static adsorption experiments.The surface functional groups,crystal structure and structures of MIP were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)specific surface area and aperture analyzer.Results showed that the adsorption of salicylic acid by MIP reached equilibrium in about 120 min,and the kinetics accorded with the quasi-second-order kinetics model.Langmuir equation could better explain the isothermal adsorption behavior with a single layer adsorption.Initial pH affected the adsorption of MIP to template molecules by the effects on hydrogen bond between adsorbent and SA,and MIP had great regeneration performance.MIP had better selective recognition ability for salicylic acid compared with non-imprinted polymers(NIP).
