摘要
为解决大功率采煤机行走箱开式齿轮干摩擦传动引起的齿轮早期失效及常规滴油润滑方式存在的问题,提出了一种强迫喷油润滑系统。介绍了该润滑系统的结构和原理,对润滑喷油量进行了定量计算。该润滑系统的油箱可以设置在机身任何位置,只要采煤机行走其喷嘴即可喷油,实现了强迫连续润滑,采煤机行走快速则喷油多,采煤机行走慢速则喷油少,且润滑油液有一定压力,降低了喷嘴堵塞的可能性,并可定量喷油。使用该润滑系统后,可降低采煤机行走箱开式齿轮传动系中的齿轮异常磨损和异响,提高行走箱中开式齿轮的寿命,从而提高整个机组的可靠性和稳定性。
In order to solve the problems of early gear failure caused by dry friction drive and the issues existing in conventional oil-dripping lubrication mode for open gear pair in walking box of the high-power shearer,a forced oil-spraying lubrication system was proposed.The structure and the principle of the lubrication system were introduced,and the amount of the sprayed oil was quantitatively calculated.The oil tank of the lubrication system could be set at any position of the shearer.As long as the shearer walking,it sprayed oil from the nozzle,so as to realize continuous forced lubrication.While the shearer moved fast,it sprayed more oil;if the shearer moved slowly,it sprayed less oil.The lubrication oil was pressured,which reduced the possibility of nozzle blockage.The lubrication system could spray oil quantitatively.The application of the lubrication system reduced the abnormal wear and sound of the open gear pair in walking box of the shearer,enhanced the lifespan of the gear pair,so as to improve the stability and the stability of the shearer.
