摘要
针对低电压输入光伏系统的特点,文章在双Buck半桥逆变器的基础上,在输入端增加一个Boost电路的升压单元,提出一种非隔离型无桥臂直通的集成升压光伏逆变器。与常规桥式逆变结构相比,该集成升压逆变器不存在桥臂直通问题,且可分别优化电路中各开关管与二极管的设计,有利于提高拓扑结构的整体效率;同时开关管的驱动信号不需延迟时间,避免了延迟时间引起的输出波形畸变问题。另外,给出统一的半周期SPWM调制方式,整个升压和逆变过程只有2个开关管工作在高频状态,有利于降低逆变器的功率损耗。该文对该逆变电路的工作原理与稳态性能进行了详细分析,并搭建了所提变换器的实验样机,实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性和方案的可行性。
A non-isolated integrated boost photovoltaic inverters without shoot-through is proposed for the characteristics of low-voltage input photovoltaic systems.By adding the conventional boost unit to the input of a double buck half-bridge inverter,the integrated boost inverter solves the shoot-through problem of traditional full bridge inverters.Accordingly,the optimal design of the power switch and the diode can be obtained respectively,which is beneficial to the improvement of the efficiency of the inverter.There is no time delay between the driving signals of active switches,so the waveform distortion caused by delayed time is also avoided.Additionally,a unified half-period SPWM modulation mode is given so that only two switches work in high frequency during the whole boost and inversion process,which is beneficial to reducing the power loss of the inverter.This paper also analyzes the working principle and steady-state characteristics of the circuit in detail.Finally,an experimental prototype of the proposed converter is built.The experimental results prove the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the scheme.
