摘要
为解决榆横—潍坊特高压交流输电工程送端特高压开关站的电压控制问题,我国在世界上首次采用在特高压交流母线上配置高压并联电抗器(简称高抗)的无功补偿方案,并采取专用的特高压交流断路器以满足母线高抗的日常开合需求。开断大容量感性无功设备可能产生严重的过电压、过电流等电磁暂态问题,需要研究其对特高压高抗绝缘水平、断路器开断条件以及邻近电容式电压互感器(capacitor voltage transformer,CVT)等主设备耐受能力的影响,并提出有效对策,解决工程设计、设备研制和应用面临的突出问题。研究了截流、重燃对高抗过电压及断路器断口暂态恢复电压(transient recovery voltage,TRV)特性的影响机理,并基于特高压断路器开断大容量母线高抗的现场试验实测结果在EMTP中进行建模,仿真分析了断路器正常开断、发生截流和重燃等多种工况下的高抗过电压和断路器断口TRV特性,以及高抗附近CVT的过电流问题。断路器截流值为50A时,断路器断口TRV峰值将达到标准值的1.2倍;断路器开断过程发生重燃时,流过CVT的高频电流将超过设备耐受值的2.1倍。针对CVT高频电流超过耐受能力、断路器TRV峰值较高问题,分别提出了抑制方法,并验证了方法的有效性,保障了榆横—潍坊工程的安全投运,为今后的工程建设提供了参考。
It is the first time in the world that the high voltage shunt reactor(HV shunt reactor)is applied for reactive power compensation,which is installed on the bus of Yuheng switching station to solve the problem of voltage controlling in the Yuheng-Weifang Ultra High Voltage(UHV)AC project construction.A specific circuit breaker is adopted to meet the demands of the routine switching operation.Switching inductive-reactive power equipment of large capacity with the UHV circuit breakers will lead to serious electromagnetic problems such as overvoltage or overcurrent,which will bring unpredictable challenges to the insulation of the UHV shunt reactor,the interruption conditions of the breakers and the endurance capacity of the capacitor voltage transformers(CVT).Therefore,it is essential to study and propose effective methods to solve outstanding problems in engineering design,equipment development and application.In this paper,the influence mechanism of current chopping and reignition on the overvoltage and the transient recovery voltage(TRV)when switching HV shunt reactor is theoretically explained firstly.Then,based on the test results of HV shunt reactor switching with the UHV breakers at Yuheng substation during the system commissioning,the simulation models are established correspondingly in EMTP.The characteristics of the transient overvoltage of the HV shunt reactor and the TRV between fraction during normal switching operation or with the chopping and reignition of the breakers are analyzed,and so are the characteristics with the overcurrent flowing through CVT nearby.When the chopping level of the breaker is 50A,the peak voltage of TRV reaches 1.2 times of the standard value,and when the reignition occurs,the high frequency over-current through CVT reaches 2.1 times of capacity.For the problems of the high-amplitude CVT current exceeding the capability and the relative high TRV to be settled,the suppression measures are proposed and validated.The work of this paper ensures the safe operation of Yuheng-Weifang project and provides reference for the future project construction.
