Analysis and Countermeasures for Improvement on Employment Quality of Vocational College Graduates in the New Period

摘要 新时期就业工作以实现更高质量和更充分就业为目标,体现党和政府对就业的高度重视。本文通过麦可思研究院发布的《2020年中国高职生就业报告》,分析发现高职生就业存在就业满意度、就业适配性、就业稳定性不高等问题。高质量就业是系统性工程,高职院校就业指导不仅仅是为让毕业生能找到工作,更是为了让其高质量的就业,提高获得感。高职院校要准确把握新形势下就业工作新要求,立足高职院校自身,落高校主体责任,优化育人模式,高质量服务高职毕业生就业创业。 In the new era,higher quality and full employment is the target,which reflects the high importance to employment.Based on the employment report of Higher vocational students in China in 2020 released by Mycos Research Institute reflects that the employment data of higher vocational students are not satisfactory in employment satisfaction,employment adaptability and employment stability.High quality employment is a systematic project.Employment guidance in higher vocational colleges is not only for graduates to find jobs,but also for high-quality employment and improving their sense of acquisition.Higher vocational colleges should accurately grasp the new requirements of employment work under the new situation,base themselves on higher vocational colleges,take the main responsibility of higher vocational colleges,optimize the education mode,and provide high-quality service for the employment and Entrepreneurship of higher vocational graduates.
