摘要
目的:探究改良纵切横缝术治疗对慢性肛裂患者并发症发生的影响。方法:选取2019年7月—2020年7月于佳木斯市中心医院接受治疗的慢性肛裂患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组两组,各40例。研究组应用改良纵切横缝术,对照组应用纵切横缝术。观察对比两组患者手术后的临床效果、手术后不良并发症(手术疼痛程度、水肿程度、创面愈合时间、切口感染)的发生率以及手术前、后肛管直径的变化。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者手术后的肛管直径比治疗前的明显增大(P<0.05),手术后两组的肛管直径变化没有统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组患者手术后愈合时间和切口感染率低于对照组,水肿和疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将改良纵切横缝术用于治疗慢性肛裂患者中,可有效减少慢性肛裂并发症的发生,有效扩大肛管直径,缩短创面愈合时间,减轻患者的疼痛和水肿程度,降低切口感染率,安全可靠,临床效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of modified longitudinal and transverse suture on the complications of patients with chronic anal fissure.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic anal fissure who were treated in the hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The study group used modified longitudinal section and transverse suture,and the control group used longitudinal section and transverse suture.The clinical effects of the two groups of patients after surgery,the incidence of adverse complications(operating pain,edema,wound healing time,incision infection),and the changes in the diameter of the anal canal before and after surgery were observed and compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The diameter of the anal canal in the two groups after surgery was significantly larger than before treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in change in the diameter of the anal canal in the two groups after surgery(P>0.05).The healing time and wound infection rate after surgery in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the degree of edema and pain was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with chronic anal fissure,modified longitudinal and transverse suture can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications of chronic anal fissure,effectively expand the diameter of anal canal,shorten the healing time of wound surface,reduce the degree of pain and edema in patients,reduce the infection rate of incision,which is safe and reliable,and has significant clinical effect,and is worthy of popularization and application.
