摘要 目的:对省内新安装的42台多排螺旋CT机性能和机房防护进行验收检测,对检测结果进行统计与分析,以期对CT机性能的质量控制管理和机房屏蔽防护管理做出有益的参考。方法:依据《X射线计算机断层摄影装置质量保证检测规范》(GB17589-2011)和《医用X射线诊断放射防护要求》(GBZ130-2013)中规定的检测方法和检测指标进行检测并评价。结果:在42台CT机中全部11大项15小项指标合格的有37台,合格率达到88.10%;有5台CT机存在不合格项;机房防护检测结果均合格。结论:42台CT机性能和机房防护验收检测结果基本符合国家标准要求,但仍应加强新机器性能验收检测工作,实现机房防护最优化原则,加强设备操作人员的专业知识和业务能力,建立良好的质量管理程序和质量控制措施。 Objective:The performance and computer room protection of 42 newly installed multi-row spiral CT machines in the province were accepted and tested,and the test results were counted and analyzed,in order to make a useful reference for the quality control management of CT machine performance and the management of computer room shielding protection.Methods:The inspection and evaluation shall be carried out in accordance with the inspection methods and inspection indicators specified in the"Quality Assurance Inspection Specifications for X-ray Computed Tomography Equipment"(GB17589-2011)and"Radiation Protection Requirements for Medical X-ray Diagnosis"(GBZ130-2013).Results:Among the 42 CT machines,all 11 major items and15 minor items were qualified,with a pass rate of 88.10%.Five CT machines had unqualified items.The test results of the equipment room protection were all qualified.Conclusion:The performance of 42 CT machines and the inspection results of the machine room protection acceptance test basically meet the requirements of national standards,but the performance acceptance test of new machines should be strengthened to realize the optimization principle of machine room protection,strengthen the professional knowledge and business ability of equipment operators,and establish good quality management procedures and quality control measures.
