摘要
针对煤层群条件高突矿井"三区"联动工程实践过程缺少动态定量评价方法的问题,以离柳矿区沙曲一矿为例,重新定义了规划区、准备区、生产区的"三区"联动的科学内涵,系统分析了"三区"的量化考核指标、抽采技术特色、作用时长,揭示了其效果动态评价原理。采用理论分析筛选出了"三区"的安全指标、资源产能、钻孔进尺率等指标,构建了"三区"联动阶段递进式动态评价模型,给出三阶段中二级指标四参数与时间的函数关系式,并确定各指标临界值,明确了动态评价的整体流程。评价结果表明:沙曲一矿的"三区"联动过程各区段2#、3+4#煤层残余瓦斯含量与瓦斯压力均小于相应临界值,且生产区的瓦斯指标下降速率最大;"三区"的转化率依次为95%、85%、90%,全井田动态转化率为70.5%,说明抽掘采衔接相对紧张,主要表现为准备区预抽效果不佳,与现场实践相符。
Aiming at the demand for dynamic quantitative evaluation methods in the three-zone linkage engineering practice of high-gas outburst coal mines, we took Shaqu No.1 mine in Liliu mining area as an example, redefined the scientific connotation of the three-zone linkage, and systematically analyzed the quantification assessment indicators of the three-zone, the features of extraction technology, and the duration of action, revealed the principle of dynamic evaluation of its effects. Theoretical analysis was used to screen out the safety indicators, resource productivity, drilling footage rate and other indicators of the three zones, and a progressive dynamic evaluation model for the three-zone linkage phase was constructed, and the functional relationship between the four parameters in the level-2 indicators and time in the three stages was given, the critical value of each index was determined, and the overall process of dynamic evaluation was clarified. The assessment results show that, the residual gas content and gas pressure of each section of the 2# and 3+4# coal seams in the three-zone linkage process of Shaqu No.1 Mine are less than the corresponding critical values, and the gas index in the production area has the largest decline rate;the conversion rates of the three districts are 95%, 85%, and 90%, and the dynamic conversion rate of the entire minefield is 70.5%, indicating tense extraction-mining succession, mainly manifested as the poor pre-drainage effect in the preparation area, which is consistent with the on-site extraction situation.
