摘要
半刚性基层是我国沥青路面最常见的路面形式,这种结构多适用于干旱少雨、交通量少、载重轻的路段。若在重交通荷载下,极易产生裂缝、坑槽等病害。相比半刚性基层,柔性基层优点较多。因此,开展沥青稳定碎石柔性基层研究意义重大。本文依托某沥青路面大修工程,在全面了解路面病害主要原因的基础上,提出了柔性基层施工方案,并重点阐述了施工工艺流程,以期全面提升工程整体质量。
Semi-rigid base course is the most common form of asphalt pavement in our country.This structure is mostly suitable for road sections with low rainfall,low traffic volume and light load.Under heavy traffic loads,cracks,potholes and other diseases are easily generated.Compared with semi-rigid bases,flexible bases have more advantages.For this reason,it is of great significance to carry out research on asphalt stabilized macadam flexible bases.Relying on a certain asphalt pavement overhaul project,this paper proposes a flexible base construction plan based on a comprehensive understanding of the main causes of pavement diseases,and focuses on the construction process to improve the overall quality of the project.
