摘要
工业园区的废水具有来源广泛、水质复杂且难降解组分多等特点,采用常规的二级处理工艺处理此类废水,难以满足现行排放标准的要求,因此废水的深度处理势在必行。阐述了我国工业园区废水处理的现状,并总结出工业园区废水常用的4种深度处理技术:混凝、吸附、高级氧化和膜工艺;分析了上述工艺在实际运用中存在的问题,并进一步提出优化方法。这些技术多样的组合方式及工艺升级优化等均可为未来工业园区集中式污水处理厂的设计和运行提供参考。
The wastewater generated by industrial parks is characterized by a wide range of sources,complex water quality and many refractory contaminants.It is difficult to meet the requirements of the stringent discharge standards to treat such wastewater with conventional secondary treatment processes.Therefore,it is imperative to conduct adv-anced treatment of wastewater in industrial parks.The present status of industrial wastewater treatment in industrial parks in China was illustrated,and four kinds of advanced treatment processes were summarized,including coagula-tion,adsorption,advanced oxidation process and membrane technology.The existing problems of the above processes were analyzed and the optimization methods were proposed.These diverse combination modes of technologies,and up-grading and optimization of process provide reference for the design and operation of centralized wastewater treatment plant in the future industrial park.
