摘要
为满足综合管廊现浇快速施工的需求,以实际工程为背景,提出一种采用由内外门架支撑系统、内外模板支撑系统、液压同步支撑系统和智能行走系统组成的整体移动式智能台车,并通过数值分析和现场试验分析智能台车的受力特点,确定台车设计方案。结果表明:智能台车施工单个工作面施工效率相较于传统模板节段现浇施工提高3倍;最终方案通过优化智能台车结构构件的截面尺寸、布设间距、数量、钢模板厚度,使得台车较初步设计结构受力更加合理、材料性能得到较好的发挥,结构相较于初步设计质量减轻约9.233 t,比重约为44.2%,可较大幅度的节省建造总成本。
To meet the needs of rapid cast-in-situ construction of comprehensive pipe gallery,based on a real project,an integrated mobile intelligent trolley is proposed,which composed of internal and external portal support system,internal and external template support system,hydraulic synchronous support system and intelligent walking system.By numerical analysis and field test,the mechanical characteristics of the intelligent trolley are analyzed,and the design scheme of the trolley is determined.The results are as follows.The construction efficiency of single working face of intelligent trolley construction is 3 times higher than that of traditional template segment cast-in-place construction.Numerical analysis and field test verified the feasibility of intelligent trolley structure design.The final scheme optimizes the section size,layout spacing,number and thickness of steel formwork of the structural components of the intelligent trolley,so that the stress of the trolley structure is relatively reasonable and the material performance is better.Compared with the original structure,the quality of the structure is reduced by about 9.233 t of the proportion is about 44.2%,which can greatly save the total construction cost.
