摘要
碳纤维复合材料轴由于比强度和比模量高的优点,在船舶推进系统传动功率密度提高上有着重要应用前景。但是复合材料力学性能具有分散性,采用确定性分析难以量化材料随机性对结构强度的影响,因此需要对结构进行可靠性分析。本文通过对结构可靠性理论的研究,建立了基于响应面模型的结构强度可靠度计算方法。基于该计算方法,对某型复合材料轴机械连接结构强度可靠性进行分析,得到了4倍额定工况下复合材料结构的强度可靠度。计算结果表明,4倍额定工况下复合材料结构满足可靠性要求,在可靠度满足B基准值的情况下可以减少目前结构的铺层厚度或换用其它材料来提高材料的利用率。
Carbon fiber composite shafts have important application prospects in improving the transmission power density of ship propulsion systems due to the advantages of high specific strength and specific modulus.However,the mechanical properties of composite materials are dispersive,and it is difficult to quantify the impact of material randomness on structural strength by deterministic analysis,so the reliability of the structure is required analysis.Based on the research of structural reliability theory,this paper establishes a structural strength reliability calculation method based on response surface model(RSM).Based on this calculation method,the strength reliability of a certain type of composite material shaft mechanical connection structure is analyzed,and the strength reliability of the composite material structure under 4 times the rated conditions is obtained.The calculation results show that the composite material structure meets the reliability requirements under 4 times the rated conditions,and the reliability of the composite material structure meets the B benchmark value.The current structure can be reduced or replaced with other materials to improve the utilization rate of the material.
