摘要
近年来,我国高度重视森林资源建设在社会经济发展中的重要意义,深刻认识到森林在应对环境和气候变化中起到的积极作用。目前,我国已经成为全球森林面积增长速度最快的国家,人工林的面积也是遥遥领先,林业资源正在发挥着改善全球气候变暖现象的特殊功能,尤其是在森林碳汇交易中的关键地位,为企业低碳减排提供更多的途径,已经引起了全球环境保护部门的重点关注,对我国经济发展起到了促进作用。本文从分析林业碳汇的作用入手,重点探讨林业碳汇监测技术的改革与发展,以供同行参考。
In recent years,China attaches great importance to the importance of forest resources construction in social and eco⁃nomic development,and deeply recognizes the positive role of forest in coping with environment and climate change.At pres⁃ent,our country has become the world forest area expanded fastest in the country,the area of plantation is far ahead,the forest⁃ry resources are playing an improving global warming phenomenon of special function,especially in the key position in the for⁃est carbon sinks trade,provide more ways for enterprise low carbon emissions,has caused a global focus on the environmental protection department,It has promoted the economic development of our country.Based on the analysis of the function of forest⁃ry carbon sink,this paper focuses on the reform and development of forestry carbon sink monitoring technology for reference.
