摘要
为了弥补当今市场接地网腐蚀检测装置的缺失,设计开发了一款腐蚀状态检测装置。首先该装置以STC8A8K单片机及安卓上位机为核心,集信号采集、信号处理、A/D、D/A转换等功能于一体,采集数据并算出腐蚀速率与腐蚀深度,提供准确的腐蚀状况。其次,该系统具有内外双电源供电系统,克服了输电线路上因无法接电源而不能测量的局限性。通过多次现场测量,将所得到的数据与市面上已有的恒电位仪进行对比,本文装置测量结果误差最大值为4.49×10^(-3),最小值为7.7×10^(-4);恒电位仪测量结果误差最大值为2.221×10^(-2),最小值为1.97×10^(-3),本文装置误差更小。
In order to make up for the deficiency of grounding grid corrosion detection device in current market,a corrosion state detecting device is designed.The device is based on STC8A8K MCU and Android host computer.It integrates functions of signal acquisition,signal processing,A/D,D/A conversion,etc.It can accurately and efficiently collect data and calculate corrosion rate and corrosion depth to provide accurate Corrosion conditions.Secondly,the system has an internal and external dual power supply system,which overcomes the limitation that the transmission line cannot be measured because it cannot be connected to the power supply.Through multiple on-site measurements,the obtained data is compared with the existing potentiostats on the market.The maximum error of the device is 4.49×10^(-3),and the minimum value is 7.7×10^(-4);The maximum error of the potentiostat measurement result is 2.221×10^(-2),and the minimum value is 1.97×10^(-3).The error of the device is smaller.
