摘要
通过几何作图、代数计算结合数控折弯机工作原理,将圆弧逼近平面曲线原理应用至轨道车辆下盖板的压型加工。提供了一套简单、实用的计算公式,能够在精度要求的范围内计算出拟合圆弧数量、确定数控折弯机参数,生产出合格零件。
Through combination of geometric drawing, algebraic calculation and the working principle of CNC press brake, the principle of arc approximation to plane curve has been applied to the forming process of the lower cover plate of rail vehicles. A set of simple and practical calculation formulas has been provided,which can calculate the number of fitting arcs, determine the parameters of the CNC press brake, and produce qualified parts within the range of accuracy requirements.
