摘要
目的分析哌罗匹隆与奋乃静对精神分裂症患者认知功能和社会功能的影响对比。方法方便选择该院2019年9月—2020年9月精神分裂症患者120例,数字表随机分为两组,每组60例。对照组的患者给予奋乃静治疗,观察组给予哌罗匹隆治疗。比较两组住院的时间、治疗前后患者认知功能评分以及社会功能评分、总有效率、不良反应。结果观察组住院时间(8.12±2.57)d短于对照组(11.01±3.23)d,差异有统计学意义(t=5.423,P<0.05),观察组认知功能评分以及社会功能评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率90.00%高于对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.675,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率13.33%低于对照组31.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.783,P<0.05)。观察组意外差错发生率3.33%低于对照组13.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.927,P<0.05)。观察组总积极因素、总消极因素、病情总估计均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论哌罗匹隆对于精神分裂症的治疗效果优于奋乃静的治疗效果,可更好地改善患者的认知功能和社会功能,减少不良反应的发生,安全性和有效性更高,值得推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the effects of piperopilone and perphenazine on the cognitive and social functions of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 120 patients with schizophrenia from September 2019 to September 2020 in the hospital were conveniently selected.The digital table was randomly divided into two groups with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with perphenazine and the observation group was treated with piperopilone.The length of hospitalization,the scores of cognitive function and social function of patients before and after treatment,total effective rate,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The length of hospital stay in the observation group was(8.12±2.57)d shorter than that of the control group(11.01±3.23)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.423,P<0.05).The observation group’s cognitive function score and social function score were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%higher than that of the control group 75.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.675,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 13.33%in the observation group was lower than 1931.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.783,P<0.05).The accidental error rate 3.33%of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 13.33%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.927,P<0.05).The total positive factors,total negative factors,and total disease estimates of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of piperopilone for schizophrenia is better than that of perphenazine.It can better improve the cognitive function and social function of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and is safer and more effective.It is worthwhile promotion and application.
