摘要
2018年是新时代国土空间规划的开篇之年。国家自然资源部要求除了31个市县级与省级试点单位以外的其他市县级国土空间规划到2020年底之前需完成编制,基于此,现今各地县级国土空间规划正在如火如荼地展开。文章首先对前期县级试点改革工作进行简单梳理,结合山西省临县国土空间规划的实践探索与认知,对县级国土规划编制策略进行探讨,期待对接下来县域国土空间规划工作提供借鉴。
2018 is the first year of the new era of territorial space planning.The Ministry of National Natural Resources has requested that the preparation of territorial spatial planning at the municipal and county levels,with the exception of 31 pilot units at the municipal and county levels and some provincial units,be completed by the end of 2020,therefore,at this stage the county-level territorial space planning is in full swing.In this paper,the pilot reform of county-level territorial space planning in the early stage is sorted out,and combined with the practice and exploration of county-level territorial space planning in Linxian County,Shanxi Province,the compilation strategy of county-level territorial planning is discussed,hoping to provide reference for the next county territory spatial planning work.
