摘要
高职院校传统工科在开展创新创业教育时,存在创新创业教育工作与课程融合度不够,学校文化氛围不浓厚,与企业联系不紧密,指导教师队伍不充足等问题。针对问题,提出要通过统筹规划,各部门形成合力,建设“课程—文化—企业—指导教师”四位一体的创新创业教育体系,以课程、专业为落脚点,以校园文化为发力点,以校企合作为突破点,在高素质的指导教师团队下,落实好学校创新创业教育。
This essay analyzes problems existing in innovation and entrepreneurship education work for traditional engineering students,such as the lack of integration between innovation and entrepreneurship education and curriculum,lack of innovation and entrepreneurship culture in campus,insufficient contact with enterprises and inadequate teaching staff,etc.In view of the problems,this paper proposes to build a four in one innovation and entrepreneurship education system of"curriculum-culture-enterprise-teacher"by means of overall planning and the formation of joint efforts of all departments.The innovation and entrepreneurship education of the school should be implemented under the guidance of high-quality teachers.
