摘要 以云南在建大跨度连续刚构桥零号块的施工为工程背景,利用已有研究成果和实践经验,分析连续刚构桥零号墩出现开裂的原因。结果表明:施工模板、混凝土收缩徐变、温度变化、施工荷载和施工质量是零号块开裂的主要影响因素。分析五类影响因素与零号块开裂之间的关系,并将研究理论成果应用到浇筑云南某连续刚构桥梁零号块实际工程案例中,防止浇筑零号块出现开裂,保证了施工质量达到设计标准。 Based on the construction of No.0 block of a long-span continuous rigid frame bridge under construction in Yunnan,this paper analyzes the causes of cracking of No.0 pier of continuous rigid frame bridge by using the existing research results and practical experience.It is found that the cracking is caused due to five major influence factors which are construction form work,concrete shrinkage and creep,temperature change,construction load and construction quality.The research results are then applied in the construction of a continuous rigid frame bridge to avoid cracking in block zero,so that the construction quality can be guaranteed.
