摘要
随着时代的快速发展,传统食品类专业实验教学在诸多方面已经表现出不适应时代发展的弊端,在一定程度上阻碍了学生学习实践的积极性,限制了学生综合能力的提升,使实验教学难以达到培养综合素质高、创新能力强的人才目的,教学改革势在必行。本文分析了传统食品专业实验教学模式存在的问题,并结合当前教学实际,探讨了“CDIO四位一体”教学模式、“互联网+TBL”教学模式、“虚实结合”教学模式、“产教融合”教学模式、“实训+实践”教学模式等基于工程教育专业认证理念下的食品专业的实验教学模式与实践,以期通过教学成果、毕业生能力水平、学生反馈等情况不断改进,多角度、全方位培养学生独立解决问题能力、综合实践能力、创新创业能力以及适应社会的能力,培养高素质、高能力的应用型人才。
With the rapid development of the era,traditional food major experiment teaching has shown its unfitness for the times in many ways.It has hindered the enthusiasm of learning and practice,limited the promotion of students’comprehensive ability,and made the experiment teaching difficult to cultivate applied talents.So reform is imperative.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the traditional experimental teaching mode of food major,discussed the experimental teaching mode based on the concept of Engineering Education Accreditation,such as"CDIO four-in-one"teaching mode,"Internet+TBL"teaching mode,"combination of reality and reality"teaching mode,"combination of production and education"teaching mode and"practical training+practice"teaching mode.The aim is to cultivate students'independent problem-solving ability,comprehensive practical ability,innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and ability to adapt to the society from multiple perspectives and in an all-round way through continuous improvement of teaching results,graduates'ability level and students'feedback,so as to cultivate applied talents with high quality and high ability.
